Topic) Let's say you were dissatistied with a product you bought or of a service you got.
Call the company customer service and leave a massage making a complaint about your dissatistaction.

Hello, I'm calling to make a complaint about the cell phone I bought from your company.
-> I'm calling to make an inquiry
-> I'm calling to place an order
It's been only six months since I bought this phone
and I had to take it in for repairs for the third time yesterday.
* take STH in for repairs
Plus, every time I take it in for repairs, I have to wait at least half an hour just to get it looked at.

Furthermore, it took at least half a day to repair it every time I visited the service center.
Frankly, I would like to have my phone replaced by a new one.
* have/get...replaced by new one. : 교환하다.
But your company states that exchanges are possible only within 90days for the purchase.
* Exchanges/refunds.....within xx days from (of) the purchse.
I have a feeling that this will not be the last time that I will have trouble with my phone.
* =I have a hunch that~ : ~인 예감이 들다.
I would like to know what your company can do for me.

There are four people in my family: my father, my mother, my younger sister and myself.
My father has been working at a enegy company about 20 years. He is rather strict and taught my sister and me about dicipline since we were quite little. My mother is very understanding and caring. My sister did her bachelor's at HUFS majoring in Romania and currently she is working at the bank. She and I used to fight a lot when we were young, but now we are very close and give each other advice when we have problems.
