Tell us about how you feel wrapping up the year 2008.

I have mixed feelings 2008. In some ways it was a great year for me. First, I met my girlfriend early this year and we are talking about marriage.  If we do end up typing the knot, I will never forget that I met her.
I had also decided to study English very hard at the beginng of this year. I think that I kept promise that I made myself. I also had wanted to travel overseas and I did make it to hong kong with a couple of my friends in July.
In other areas, however, I was less than successful. I was strongly determinded to exercise to lose some weight, but failed. Another unfortunate thing about this year was the crash in the global stock market.
Due to that, I lost almost lost half the money that I invested in the stock market.
I sure hope the stock market and global economy picks up next year.

Yes, You can.

Big Bang! 으아~~~~!!
2008. 9. 2. 13:14

Sen. Barack Obama said firmly that families are off-limits in the campaign for president, reacting to news that GOP running mate Sarah Palin's 17-year-old daughter is pregnant.

"Let me be as clear as possible," Obama said. "I think people's families are off-limits, and people's children are especially off-limits. This shouldn't be part of our politics. It has no relevance to Gov. Palin's performance as governor or her potential performance as a vice president."
Obama said reporters should "back off these kinds of stories" and noted that he was born to an 18-year-old mother.

There are four people in my family: my father, my mother, my younger sister and myself.
My father has been working at a enegy company about 20 years. He is rather strict and taught my sister and me about dicipline since we were quite little. My mother is very understanding and caring. My sister did her bachelor's at HUFS majoring in Romania and currently she is working at the bank. She and I used to fight a lot when we were young, but now we are very close and give each other advice when we have problems.
